Payment voucher through xoom online didn't reload my phone

I reloaded my phone through PayPal Xoom online. It said that the payment was sent to my phone number but the cell phone provider it was sent to was Telus and not Public mobile, this happened twice now in the last week. Why is my phone number saying I have a Telus provider and why hasn't my payment went through when I've paid twice now ?

Did you get your money back from xoom?

I would suggest using stores in the future as they would be a little cheaper than the online vendors. And even more so in AB. But if you only have Paypal...

It was a huge mistake on part for not asking questions first. I didn't think I would have to since they had vouchers for Public mobile and Telus.

I took the advice of another person in the Community and reloaded my phone at Recharge.com. I have no problems. It reloade immediately. I will be using Recharge from now on.

That is what I did, and they did not activate my account.

Public Mobile is in the Telus family.

if you buy it online there a fees,

 

no fees at Shell Stations to purchase vouchers

and add to your account by call *611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

Because Xoom doesn't sell Public vouchers. They only think it's all Telus. They have it wrong. They will refund your money. Go to recharge.com.

contact a cs agent maybe they can help with your issue issue
