Payment voucher not working

I just got a payment voucher from a convenience store and it has always worked in the past. But it just won’t work now. I am already sick of this ridiculous network, any way to fix this and get the voucher redeemed

If you are using the same voucher type from the same convenience store and you have waited at least 4 hours try adding it again via self serve but clear your browser and use incognito/secret mode in firefox, chrome or safari. Be sure you are using the correct 12 digit pin code as there can be more than one 12 digit code on a voucher. If it still wont add try 611 one more time.

 

As per @JK8 advice contact the moderators to add your voucher. Response time has been around 1 hour lately. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages 2 messages will speed up response times.

 

You can check your voucher in the Voucher Catalogue .

You'll have to wait till it activates. Some vouchers usually within 15/30 minutes. Some a few hours and then there's some type of top ups that may take 24 hours.

 

If you just got it a few minutes ago. Wait 30 minutes or an hour and try again. You can also try in your self serve account by clicking make a payment and from the drop down switching CC to voucher.

Some vouchers take up to 24 hours to activate. Try calling 611 to add it. 

 

If still problems contact a moderator and they will add it for you.
