Hi there,

 

I tried to buy an extra gig of data earlier and it took the payment from my bank but it is not showing up on my account that I have an extra gig

open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it,

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

Try to refresh the site if it still not posted make a claim ticket with SIMon ASAP.

Log out, clear browser's caches, close browser, and then restart the browser. After that, does logging back in show that you have the add-on?
