Payment coming from deactivated account

My kids had accounts and they changed the account info. Now we can’t access them and the payments are still coming out months later. Does anyone know how to get back into accounts or stop payments

How did they get into the Self Serve account? The CS_Agent will need the PIN, phone number, address, email address etc to access your account.

Tell them to give you the access credentials or you will write them out of your will.

@ShannonHancock : lol Call 18554public and type in their phone number and get the renewal dates. Then the day before and through to the day of, pause your payment card. Service suspends for lack of payment. That'll learn 'em.

Or just call your cc provider to cancel the card and send you a new one.

Changed account info means ?? ported the number out to different provider or changed the email on file or password.

If the number was ported out then normal process is that the number at PM is closed and deactivated.

Which provider it was ported out to?

If the email or password was changed then try forgot the password link and try all the email addresses you can think of which can be current one put by your kids. Also check SPAM folder for the link to reset the password.

Edit: if you know the PIN of the accounts you can dial 611 from the phone and cancel autopay, otherwise contact a CSA.
