How do I get a refund for my $40 payment voucher that was used to purchase my current plan before I accidentally selected a new plan and chose "change now" instead of waiting for renewal. I thought I could change my plan before the payment voucher was applied, but it seems that was not the case.
Any help is appreciated!

Send a ticket. They can reverse the charge or save it for your next months transaction

PM is a prepaid service so there are no refunds.
Since you switched plans NOW that means that you will have paid for the current plan plus the new plan…that is why switch on your renewal date is the best option.
I don’t think you can get a refund but worth trying to ask a CS_Agent.
