Payment keeps failing on my account when connecting a plan to a purchased SIM

Correct, I am at the payment step on the website.  I'll try the app in an hour.

@BF72   so, you are at payment step but unable to make payment?

are you using the web to activate or using the website?

I suggest you to wait a full hour first and try again using the app.  Any chance you have another card to try the activation?

I've tried on 3 seperate devices and I've reset the browser cache.

just to confirm, is that an existing account, suspended and you try to make a manual payment to resume services?
