My automatic payment failed, and I'm trying to make a payment, but there isn't anything allowing me to make said payment. No pop-up no button to click, nothing. Please help my service is currently disabled and I need it ASAP

The add funds with debit or credit is not there. For me or this person either. I am putting in a CRTC complaint.

Same thing I’m dealing with today. My plan ends today and there is no pay now button. I think it’s a cash grab by the company. I am renewing at the higher price and getting a new carrier. This is bad business by Telus and I am lodging a CRTC complaint.

you can make payment there, and depends on your province, you might need to add E911 charge
(you have $29 Available funds, it could be because you still need to add E911 fees)

The Add funds with credit/debit card button does not exist for me. I called the *611 number, and the suggested amount to add did not cover the entire amount owed, and my service still isn't working.
