@hsonYou mistakenly posted in the community but I think you wanted to reply to a message from the mods? You need to do it in your private message section.

Hi,

See below, this is the charge on my creditcard.

I will send you the pin number, please wait until I get a chance.

I signed up for $25 promo but, I have not change my plan whatsoever.

Did you see the red blob over the envelope icon in the upper right corner of your screen? That tells you you got a private message from someone. The post before yours tells us the mods got back to you.

I've signed up a while ago, I can't remember if I had payed a big chunk and after 90 days ends, I then start paying monthly.

I'm not sure but, I remember the plan was $25.

If you changed payment cycles you most likely changed plans with a different price.

Kinda conjecture but "most likely" covers that 🙂

I seem to think that promo could do 30 days as well but at this point it doesn't matter as the OP has data. Clearly he must have (most likely 🙂 ) changed it some time along the way because the promo didn't have data.

Was it this promo?

I thought plans would stay around as well. Really...this customer should have received some kind of notification that his plan would get changed.

But you see on the screenshot that he pays monthly not 90 days. So he must have changed plans sometime.

Yeah and that promo was talk/text. He has 1GB data. I think you're right.

Yes, you're right.

This might be the case.

I remembered I signed up for $90 days but, that was a while back.

will get back to you guys.

I got a promo deal for $25 deal for 1GB/talk text in Ontario.

If you're like me I keep emails for like ever. Maybe check them to see if the promo was a limited time offer and then if it was to go up after a certain amount of time. Like you often see with promos.

Nope. Can you please screenshot the account overview? There you can see the plan you have.

I think Dunkman might have it. How long have you been with Public Mobile? Because your plan appears to be $32.

All those transactions look fine to me. Your plan appears to come to $32. What is this $25 you mentioned?

If you're in Alberta then your credit card will get charged 32 * 1.05 = 33.60

I really appreciated though.

You guys/girls are great!

Your payment history looks right. It has always been $30 for the last 3 cycles. Then of course you need to pay the tax.

I haven't change plan at all.

I'm trying to reach out to public mobile and it seems impossible to talk to someone.

Yes. There's no phone support here. While there are bunch of amazing people here willing and able to help you figure out what is going on, the only way to "talk" to Public Mobile employees is via private message. The people here can't do anything actually IN your account but they can help you decipher what you're experiencing.

@hson

The only plans that have kinda increased is some of the older, grandfathered mobile plans.  How long have you been with Public Mobile?

As stated above, showing your payment history would be helpful...
