My wife’s bank card was stolen so she had to get a new bank card. She can remember her email and password as is was set up autopay so she would not have to remember. Her payment is due, but can’t pay because the payment is not paid because she can’t update her card cause she can’t get into her account

Paying by voucher for peace of mind and having less pressure to verify and answer questions to get the payment card changed in time for renewal may be preferable as mentioned already. Here is an up to date list of retailers selling vouchers in store and online and other alternative methods of payment......

She needs to clear the cache, cookies and go incognito on her browser then try login to her account. If she still having issues then enter her email address and click on Forgot Password to her email box.

Are the services working? If not has it gone past the renewal date?
You have a couple options to pay in your situation since you can't get in to the account.
1. buy vouchers online or in lots of stores and dial 611 on the phone to enter them
2. Buy them and dial 1-855-4-pu-blic from any phone and enter them
3. use real time payments in some stores.
Then you can be sure the account will renew and then you can take your time figuring out to access the account and change the credit card.

then Click, Contact Us
and, Click here to submit a ticket.

until you complete updated credit card payment you can use vouchers,
to purchase from any stations or Shell,
then add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #, on the receipt

@Sweendog @If you know the PIN number on account you can 611 and make payment as for regaining access to it you may need supports help
