Hello, I applied an e-sim card, but couldn’t download and couldn’t active on 8 August!
I tried to contact support, couldn’t find a solution! And my SIM blocked, couldn’t use!
i have no choice, I re-paied another one e-sim card to try again! Finally, download successfully!
but, I paid twice foe one e-SIM card! Can I ask for return one pay?

You have to contact a CS Agent for a refund or credit.
