I am not receiving any text that people are sending me and none of my text are going through. Calling is also not working - both outgoing calls and people calling me are not going through.

I tried sending a ticket before it gave me a error, thank-you for the link it seems to be working, much appreciated!

@Ace_575  are you activating new account or paid to resume service, renew?

Try your sim card in another phone, that could force a sim reprovision and that could resolve your issue

and if that does not, open a ticket with support and ask them to check your account.
