Paid my February 22 bill but not show in transaction

Hi there

I paid my February 22 bill but not showed in transaction and I received a message to pay.

payment was via Walmat

it was on 02/01/0222 

please add my payment of this month February 2022 and lets be showed in my transaction history.

 @wameedh22 : I'm not sure what the situation and chronology is here. Did you buy a voucher at Walmart? Did you enter the voucher in to 611 or self-serve? Do you still have any receipt of that purchase?
