“Paid For” Canada Wide Add On Minutes

Since the majority of us have unlimited Canada Wide minutes is there any chance that the, “Paid For” Canada Wide Add On Minutes, could be traded in for an LD plan, a bill credit, or Data that expires when used up? We did originally “pay” for them.

didn't want to give you false hope that they'd give credit or LD add-on or anything else. I was on a $15 plan and several months ago asked if I could get credit for unused Canada wide calling add-on when I upgraded to unlimited Canada wide calling. {I tried to find their reply to me question but must have deleted it.} You're sure welcome to ask them for consideration...I simply gave you results of my inquiry of the same question. Good luck.

PM won’t credit your account or trade that add-on for data. It’ll just stay on your account forever or until your account is deactivated.

I think that's something pm should be looking at. As you say, many people had those plans with limited minutes and purchased 500 Canada wide minutes and then they changed the plans to unlimited Canada wide calling.

Honestly, IF the 500 Canada wide minutes are untouched and unused, I think it doesn't hurt to ask a csa if anything can be done. But then again, that may flood the gates of tickets. Something pm doesn't want. So it would be nice if they were proactive. But if even 1 minutes of the 500 was used, I would say no go.

But you do bring a valid point to the surface.
