Try to make a payment with new credit card but says "Your account has already enough balance."
Payment won't process and account remains suspended due to expired credit card on Autopay.

Never heard PM refuses money. I believe you can add as much as you want to your account.
Providing screen-print might help to determine cause for issue you are having. Mask your private/sensitive data.

@lesmfunk : Choose the other payment amount from the drop down and pay the full plan amount with that card.
The 611 service requires your 4 digit PIN to pay using the pre-registered payment card.

Were you using the Make One time Payment and failed? If you have not done so, try that first.
If you already tried, with your new credit card setup on Self-Serve, try call 611 and see if you can load the fund that way.
If it loaded, log back onto Self-serve and reactivate the acocunt
