PIN blocked contact service provider

I tried to change my 4 digit pin and failed now i am totally locked out. Phone will not open to keypad.???

Do you mean the phone will not open to opening screen?

It sounds like a phone issue if this is the case.

Sim card PUK needed? Ask PM and they can provide. 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
