On June 6th I created two accounts, one for my wife and one for me. When I checked my credit card today there were three transactions from public mobile when there should only have been two. How go I recoup my $44.00.

@RicePoint so, your line is now activated and working?
and for activation, you can actually use the web to activate as well. It will be easier to use the app to activate eSIM, but if you have physical sim, using web is good enough

To all that responded to my issue Thankyou very much. I was able to contact an agent in BC and provided them all my details. When I checked my credit card account yesterday the charges had been reversed. To be honest I find this App very complicated and difficult to navigate. I reached an agent who provided help but still don’t know how I did it nor where our message stream is located.

They were three posted transactions.

@RicePoint - since you said "today" this may be something that drops off.
Credit cards companies can show both Pending and Authorized/Approved charges. Sometimes there are multiple Pending charges showing during activations or renewals, but when the payment gets authorized, the incorrect amounts will fall away, then the real one will stay.
If these end up being Authorized/Approved charges and the extra funds are not showing in your Available funds area, then contact Public Mobile Customer Support Representatives (CSA).
The 2 ways to contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team are below:
1 - Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], OR
2 – Slower - Use this link to: Contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here: Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)

HI @RicePoint Please check with your credit card and ask if any of them is a pending charge. If they are all not pending, then you could have somehow activated 3 times and you need to get it fixed or PM will keep charging 3 times monthy. Please submit ticket with CS agent and ask them to investigate:
