I'm assuming you me a double charged. The 15.75 is the correct price for your plan or add on etc.. Or are you saying that not only were your double charged but the initial amount is an overcharge by itself?

However, the 'double payment' occurred February 25th according to the OP, so the 'extra' payment should have been used toward their March 27th renewal. (2 days ago...)
Was it, @meimeisiu ? It's possible that the extra payment was recently used for the most recent renewal. If it was, the extra payment issue has rectified itself.

@meimeisiu - does your payment transaction history show these overpayments? You can see the history here on your self serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/
If they are listed there and the funds are in your Available Funds area, you can leave this in your account and these $'s will be used first on your future renewals.
If these transactions are not showing in your payment history, and you do not have another account where charges would be made towards, then contact CSA by methods others have mentioned.

You can contact a CS_Agent for a refund but it will take up to 30 days to complete.
They can be contacted by private messaging or Chat button on this Community page.
Or just leave it as credit in your account so it will pay for next month’s bill.
