Outgoing calls to 438-580-4001

My usage history shows numerous outgoing calls to 438-580-4001. I didn’t make those calls. What can I do? I’m on a limited minutes plan 100 mins/month. These outgoing calls drain lot of minutes: 35 minutes in 4 days. How can I get back my unused minutes? It's not fair at all. I don’t want voicemails. What can I do? Thank you.

That number is for your voicemail and you can’t disable it.

Only thing you can do is to call your voicemail box from a landline or another phone but don’t call from your cell phone.
Also to avoid minutes charges is to answer the call because incoming calls are unlimited.

Calls don't need to be answered to avoid minutes used. Messages left by others don't use minutes.

Nothing needs to be done.  That's your voicemail.  When someone leaves a message or hears your recording, your account shows it as an outgoing call to that number. It doesn't count as usage.  It only counts if you used your phone to listen to the message. If you spent 35 minute to listen and used your phone to for it, you can't get them back because they were used.
