Opening a new account

Hi There,

I'm trying to open a new account, and I get an unknown error. I have tried multiple times over 2 weeks. I can't get throught the front door. Please resest my account, and save me from this death loop.

you must use the free app to activate your new PM account. Once successfully activated, you can use either app or laptop.
