I'm just updating the thread - the issue has now been resolved. Can you please power cycle and test your outgoing calls?

Well, it's happening in Ontario it seams, so it may be a Bell issue 😞

I wonder if this is a Telus wide issue or just the people at Public Mobile who get stiffed.

I just posted this probem not realizing this thread exists. I presume this will be resolved by Public Mobile as soon as possible.

I can confirm the same issue, I just pm'd them about it. Can't make a local phone call, says I'm missing an add-on even though I'm trying to call locally. Someone dropped the ball big time here, completely unacceptable! My plan is showing as ok and active so defintely not a plan expiry issue.

Same problem with my phone and my wifes phone.
DATA WORKING
BUT NOT phone call , ours plans R province plan, can't call any numbers,it still worked last night .

Same issue, unable to call my kid's school which is a three minute drive away.
Please fix ASAP!

apparently you can received calls but just can't dial out.

Same issue for me and my spouse. Data works but no local calls. It says base plan expired. Please help. Fix this issue asap.
