We have two iPhone 8 models on our account and only outgoing calls are going through. We have reset the phone, reset the network settings, removed the SIM card, turned off the wifi and have not been successful with receiving calls on either phone.

UPDATE: LTE network is back now.
Outage lasted around 4 hours that I am aware of.

confirmed via family member's phone in Toronto.
iPhones are mostly impacted with total outage because iPhones are not falling back to 3G from LTE automatically. Have to change manually and the service comes back.

@imm1304 is it confirmed that LTE network is down in some area?

go to Settings and then Cellular and change network to 3G. Service will come back. LTE network appears to be down for the moment.

@Simmons are those accounts new lly activated with porting?? if so, it could be a stuck port issue
if. both accounts have been with PM long time, try to change the Network mode to 3G and see if incoming calls work
