I have changed providers and got a new phone. Also transfered my number to new provider. My new phone has an esim and the old phone has a physical sim. Here's the problem I don't get texts to my new phone it all goes to my old phone. I have turned it off but I still don't get it sent to new phone. How can I fix this?

@Abigail4ever  If you have transferred to a new provider that is not PM, you will need to check with the new provider as to why you are experiencing this issue.

Did you sign into your  My Account  and change the sim card number under the Profile tab? 

Once you do that everything should be going to the new phone.
