Old email address unviable, but need a password reset!

I no longer have access to the email address I used to sign up for Public Mobile, but I need the password reset function. How can I change my password without access to this old email address?

 

I tried to submit a ticket, but that requires you to log in (which I can't do without resetting my password). I also tried chatting with a moderator directly, but I was only redirected to the website where you submit a ticket.

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

2. Or Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

@cloe_allard    If you don't remember your password then you need to submit a ticket via chatbot for a reset and can also request that your email be updated to a new one at the same time.  Here's a link to chatbot:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help
