Offer Not Applied: 4G 20GB for $27 after Oct 20th renewal

I am writing regarding a limited-time offer I received via text message on October 14th for a 4G 20GB subscription plan for $27/month.

I replied YES on October 14th to accept the offer.

The text stated the offer would take effect on my next renewal date. My renewal date was October 20th, 2025, but I do not see the 20GB of data on my current plan.

Could you please investigate why the $27/20GB plan has not been applied to my account? Thank you.

Thanks, I know this but I was hoping someone from PM might see it I've tried to submit multiple times. But it looks like they just finally issued their systems are having issues.

We are just customers here.  You need to write to PM for them to check 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
