ORDER 90517 sim card never received

To whom it may concern with:

 

Can you  please check the order 90517 for me ~ please! 

I am start to worry about that I can't receive and activate my service before the limited time offer is gone!

 

Meanwhile, I oder the other sim card for my wife ( order 93695 ) in 5 days later and it is arrivied today.

So, In this case, would you conside there is a package lost probability ?

I also have an sim card order that hasn't arrive yet order 90440- Shipped Nov 9. I hope it will be here soon.

 

I did make another order yesterday, shipped today (order 95502) just in case.

Order 90514 is on the same boat. No SIM card yet. Email said it was sent on Nov 9. PM would definitely have issue in the future. Their business model to provide online support only is a venture. In my opinion, PM will only have a small market share. All issues would pop up when large client base kicks in.
