Number already in use by someone else!!
i am so upset with this whole process. I understand not having live customer service helps enable lower costs to the consumer but come on guys. Get the little things done right. Like assigning numbers and make sure not already in use!!!! And due to that I can’t log in to even attempt to handle myself. Please please please help end this.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. New customer? Assigned new number, but in use?
You could try to access your account via 2FA email instead of text. Do you see a link "I didn't get code"? That should lead to option for 2FA email instead.
If you can access your account, then you can change number yourself.

you can login My Account, go to Profile, and update the phone number yourself
or if you cannot login My Account, you can ask PM support agent , you can submit ticket by direct message:
