I can't use my data, I can't text and I can't call, and I have service and my phone knows that it's on public's service but nothing is working

I lost iMessage this morning and now I’ve lost RCS.  

edit: RCS is back but iMessage isn't.

How would I go about contacting an agent?

Try a hard reboot and if that doesn't work you need to contact an agent
