Not recieved a text message to avail 2GB extra data and 500 minutes internationa calling

I got email from public mobile , for a text message I get between Dec1 and Dec 5 --I need to reply "YES" to get extra 2gb of data for free and 500 free international calling.

Has anyone received a text message from public mobile?

HI @Baseem_saeed   maybe just cache issue?

 

try to clear cache, then restart browser

or try using Private/Incognito mode to check My Account

 

if still not there, open ticket with CS agent, 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

I recieve it and got confirm text after but few days later and still not added to my account

@trish24   the 2GB plus 500 min LD minutes are offers for ALL PM customers.

the extra 1GB bonus is for those who are on the new rewards system

is this an offer to all public mobile customers are just to some of the customers 

All add ons carry over except USA ones.

The LD minutes are an add-on and as such stay on your account until you use'em up...even if that takes a coupla years.

BTW...you'll receive a text, not an email. When you do, just reply to it YES2.

You'll get a confirmation text right away and it's on your account immediately.

Don't sweat it too much, this free giveaway run through the entire month of December.  What I found is that the email comes a couple of days ahead of the text message.  I am at 5 out of 6 so far, expecting to complete the last account on Monday or Tuesday.

I got 2 texts today. 

The response is   YES2       NOT YES. 

The text is between Dec 1 and 15 and must be answered by December 31.

@yuvrajvedvyas3   yup, they will send out the text in stages, i guess to avoid overloading the server

 

many still have not got the text yet.  For my couple accounts, only one got the text.  But don't be too worry for now, they will come. on or before Dec 15  🙂
