Not receiving referral reward

Hello!

 

I referred someone to Public Mobile and they added my code when they signed up. However, it's been 4 months and my payments haven't been $1 off (I'm on the old rewards system).

 

Would anyone know what I can do? I asked them to submit a ticket and they got a 404 Error, so they sent a PM instead.

Did you get a “Cha-Ching-You just added to your RAF reward. Way to go” text if your friend input the correct referral code?

They should also get a $10 credit to their account.

If it's been that long, you should have the person who you referred, reach out to a Customer Support Agent again.

 

Have them use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started.

If you are on old rewards system you should be able to see their last 4 digits of phone number if referral code was entered correctly.
