Not receiving international text

I'm not receiving international texts. I am in Canada. The texts are from my bank in Australia. They have given me specific numbers that the texts would come from. How can I resolve this? My bank suggested that I call Public Mobile to ensure I can receive international texts, and that the specific numbers that the texts are coming from are not being flagged as spam.

Unfortunately my bank said they cannot do it via email, it must be via text.

From previous customer's experience, many short codes (ie from banks) from international countries are not supported by Public mobile.  Is it possible to get 2FA via email instead from your bank?

@AlishaErica  It might be because the bank is using a short code and not an actual  phone number . But you can ask support to investigate for you
