I am unable to receive any calls from anyone. I am not receiving verification codes via SMS. I not cannot access this account with public mobile because it’s sending SMS to my number I am not receiving. I wish I could talk to a real person about this issue but that does not seem to be the case i cannot find a phone number anywhere to call. I am so frustrated I want to cancel my account and get my money back it’s been 2 days.

Yes I can make outgoing calls and I transferred my number 2 days ago

@Mgh88 Did you port your number in from another provider 2 days ago? Can you make outgoing calls?

any email option ? on the security page, click didn't receive code and if email is there, use that
