Hello,

 

I have the promo for $10 off for the first 6 months for any plan over $30 but it is not reflected on my phone bill. image.pngimage.png

This deal was for new activations between February 8 to March 4.  Your account was active in January.  I don't think you qualified for this deal. 

 

Edit:  Did you sign up between November 26 and December 2, 2018 and activate online?  This would qualify for you for the previous $10 x 6 deal.  Anyway, make sure you qualify before pursuing this further.

@will13am  It was also offered in late December ~22nd can'r remember the exact dates.

 

@hfeng084  Best thing to do if you signed up online during the promo period is to contact the Public Mobile Team 

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem that the promo hasn't been applied and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

 

Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern).

From the customer's screenshot, I see a January 8th renewal.  Assuming that there were no early renewals or plan changes, that would mean that the previous 30 days were paid for on December 9th.

What was your signup date? This promtion was last offered between February 8 and March 4, although it has been offered in the past.  This promo was also around from December 15 to January 1.
