Not able to register for an Account

I have transfered over my phone and everything is working except when I am trying to create an account to view my usage and plan details I enter my phone number but the system is telling me I entered an invalid number. I know my number is correct because i received a system generated text from Public Mobile informing me that my transfer request has been successfully completed. 

 

Any idea how to get it to send me the 6 digit code to create an account ?

Yes, you should already have created an account.

If you know your email but not the password, click on "forgot your password" and follow those steps.

If still fails, you can always private message one of the mods, and they will gladly help you with your account.

You have to enter your username (email adress) and the password to log into self serve. If you already registered then you can login but if you don't then you have to register first.

Didn't you already create an account during activation process? It asks you to enter email and password and that is your self-serve account.
