I transferred my number to Public mobile 6 days ago. I can make calls but my incoming calls goes straight to my voicemail. I have tried every tips with SIMon but it still not working. I need help!

What about incoming texts? Did incoming calls ever work?

Did you keep your old carrier SIM card in your phone to response to your old carrier confirmation port request text? You need to respond yes.
If you still have your old carrier SIM card, try it in your phone. It may still be working. Your port might be stuck.

@Matcha there are many cases like this today 😞
please try to power off the phone for 5 mins and power up and try
if that does not work, try to change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G only
If possible, try your PM sim in another phone
Or try the phone in another area to confirm if it is just a local network issue
if nothing works, maybe open ticket with PM support:
