I have one public mobile account with 2 SIM cards. 1 SIM card is for 1 daughters phone number and the other one is my 2nd daughters phone number. Each daughter received an email stating your plan did not renew because we did not receive your payment. However I was able to go into my account and make a payment for the 1 daughter but I can’t get into pay the 2nd daughters acco

It is not possible to have 2 lines (account)/1 email. On PM, you can only have 1 account/1 email address so login to possible email and conduct a search for the Welcome to PM email.
If you can’t find it or can’t remember then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your daughter’s account but they will need your security PIN for help.
Submit a ticket on SIMon Chatbot bottom of page or private message on the envelope icon above.

Each SIM card would have its own account and email address.
If you cannot access it, contact customer support agents to help gain access to the account.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
