After porting the number I am not receiving any phone calls or messages. I am able to make a call thogh.

I did remove it but I need to make sure if it is showing as a primary sim manager.

Did you remove your previous SIM card from your phone? Check to make sure that the Public Mobile SIM is showing as primary in the sim manager ?

How long ago did you port your number? It can take 1-2 hours for port to be completed.
Did you respond "yes" to your old carrier's port request text?
