No signal on my device after port

I recently got a new sim and ported my old number over to Public mobile. Even though the port appears to have been successful, there is no service on my new sim. I have tried restarting, changing network type, manually search for service,nothing works.

My husband and I ported our numbers over on the same day, but he's not experiencing this issue. My device is a Tecno Pova 2, running Android 11.

@Handy1 Physical. I'll try that and let you know how it goes.

@Donneita  Out of curiosity do you two have physical SIM card or eSIM ? If physical sim can you try your sim card in his phone to test ? This will help to determine if its device issue or account issue
