  • As cheap as it is to not have staff to answer calls it creates problems!
  • for instance: where is my phone? It’s been 17 days and no sight of my phone
  • this isn’t that hard: I paid you the money; you ship me the phone
  • After I inquired into where it was, your robotic email told me it was being delivered today. It was not. Nor has there been any email follow up
  • you are giving yourselves a bad image.
  • Public mobile is a public embarrassment

    And you didn't receive any email for the tracking?

"Humongous" delay at PM - ordered a phone for my child, received the phone in two days; but the order shipped email arrived yesterday (dated August 31).

Your only resort is to open a ticket. Contact CS  with your order confirmation - go message board directly, never go to chatbot (you ended up going to messaging anyway)  https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Just to add to the comment above, the way to open Chatbot would not work on CPO related tickets.  So, in your case, your choice is to message PM support for an update:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

It is unfortunate that you have had no email or record of your phone purchase from 17 days ago.

SIMon Chatbot provided it would be delivered today (yesterday now)? Was there a tracking number and carrier given? If so, can you follow up with them (be it, Canada Post or UPS, ?)

If still no info. then click this link to submit a ticket to Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) and let them know you are still waiting,
