I know for my account I have a second phone number registered. I don’t know if you just missed this step, but it should be possible for your account too.

thats frustrating. To think I wanted to get the process moving thinking my old msg isn't showing up as a recent one, and instead I made my wait even longer 😞

Problem is I was locked out of my account. I wrote down my password but for some reason it doesn't accept it and when I wanted to reset the password I spelled wrong by mistake the answer to my security question, so I got locked out.
on one hand it's good to know they take security and privacy measures so serious but on the other hand, If customer service is so terribly slow, then there should be an alternative. They should ask for a secondary phone number when signing up or even a secondary email. There has to be a better way to solve this

How many days ago did you send the last email? I have only had one email ignored so far, and usually it has taken 2-3 days for a moderator to get back to me. Usually they have been helpful but sometimes I had to repeat a question.
I would say wait at least 4 days just because they say that if you haven’t heard from them, and then you send another email, that it shifts your number in the queue.

Did you try the lost/stolen feature?
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.
See what happens.
And while you're waiting those few minutes, I'd like to know if the phone indicates no service.

The status looks okay on your account? Have you tried removing and reinserting your SIM card?
