My payment cycle was due today. I tried paying yesterday but couldn’t log in due to maintenance. I was able to log in today and was treated with the suspended account cluck here to pay which I did. Have a receipt for payment yet the account is still in suspended state with the same cluck here to pay message. I’ve even repeated the payment and it shows I’m good till March but I still have no services. Is something broken in the system?

Still nothing. To clarify when I say no service…. I don’t just mean on the phone. The PM page says make a payment to resume service.

rebooted phone. Still says suspended service and to make a payment

When this happened to me I found that turning my phone onto airplane mode for a few minutes and then turning airplane mode off helped reset the network connection.

@Mikes911 Have you tried logging in again after refreshing your browser, or in incognito mode? Edited to say now I can see your subject line which was out of view I guess the phone is not working either so not just a browser cache issue.
