I modified my plan, set to change at renewal date, and after the change went into effect I no longer have service.
I've googled and saw from other posts on here that, apparently, this is a common occurence... it really would be nice to know before, or have some sort of indication that this might happen. Is that too much to ask? (Hint hint dev team, your QA needs work)
What's my next step to get the service I'm paying for?

Try the lost phone trick.
Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone.

My apologies, the issue is autopay failed to work. I didn't get any notification of a failed payment so I didn't check.
I re-entered the exact same credit card info and everything is good now. Makes no sense to me, but at least it's working now...
