No photo MMS receiving or sending...why?

Hey everyone,

I have a Asus ZenFone2 and am having difficulty sending or receiving any photos on MMS.  When I say difficulty I mean people send me photos and I never even know. If I want to send them a photo, it just stays frozen while "sending..."

I had a Moto G before and no issues.  Im assuming its something with the APN settings but what exactly?  

Any one else have this problem?

I would greatly appreciate any help or tips you may have 🙂 Thanks!

make sure your plane has photo mms

Here are some things to check and report results:

a) in your network settings Is cellular data turned on?

b) do you have texting in your plan, and can you send SMS and make/receive calls?
