DarioCampagna

I've had nothing but problems with phone service. It says no network available after I purchase the roaming and 250 megs

I didn't try for a refund for the poor service..though a few members have suggested it. As my Canada service is decent and I find interfacing through these chats is akward I tend not to followup.

thanks @Bowmanville

@DarioCampagna  check your APN

According to another post, changing the APN from isp.mb.com  to   sp.mb.com might help:

thanks @Bowmanville  for sharing your experience.

Arizona had its ups and downs. In the major cities I was ok. Small towns and Grand Canyon area were without service. We relied on wifi, where we could get it, and data sometimes worked.

HI@Bowmanville , were you able to use Roaming in Arizona in the end?

Did you try to manually connect to t-mobile?

USA has no more 3G service.

You might get some data use, though.

@DarioCampagna

You need to manually correct to the T-Mobile network as they are the last one's in the US (not for long though) still offering 3G service. All other carriers discontinued 3G. It's pretty crappy though that PM still  has those roaming add-ons that everyone now know are going to be highley unreliable because of this. They should just get rid of those add ons or ad 4G add ons for US roaming

@DarioCampagna

Hi there are many issues mentioned with calling problems in the states did you try connecting to T-Mobile on their 2g network? if nothing worked try for a credit or refund, you need the help of a service rep

There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca

Or  private message them here

@DarioCampagna  does your phone see T-Mobile?  Can you manually select it?

Also, make sure your Roaming Mobile Data is enabled

Depends on where you are in Arizona, according to the map, T-Mobile should have 2G and LTE coverage there
