No phone calls

LG6 phone suddenly stopped receiving or making phone calls - in or out. Outgoing call will stay on screen with no action & then end the call.  I have tried many suggested fixes but nothing changes.

I have text and data working, but no phone calls in/out. After switching from android 13 to an old android 7 phone, solved.  Because the old phone can downgrade to 3g network automatically when voice calling.

Try putting the SIM in another phone and see if that works. 
If it works then it is your LG to phone.

If it doesn’t work then it is related to your account and you need to contact a CS_Agent to investigate.

Click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.

@Skins88  Can you  confirm account is active and not suspended ? And your tried resetting network settings ? Or maybe try phone set onto 3G . Can you also try SIM card in another phone ?
