No options to change my plan

Want to upgrade  my plan and put enough money in my account but when logged in I don't get an option to upgrade my plan.

@Rowergirl hi in your self serve account on the main page there is a button to change plans all the info is there😀

I just verified and system is working as expected.

You can try different browser and your account has to be active in order to change your Plan. I suggest to schedule plan change on next renewal.

Hello, were you able to make the change with the steps laid out above? If you are on the new rewards program you will get a little extra reward points with an upgrade as well

If not not working, try Incognito mode or try on another machine.

@Rowergirl  - were you going through a renewal today? This may have affected if you could do this or not.

 

If not, than all the other tips to allow the plan change wouldn't work?
