@wendyle181 - did you get charged the full amount and no rewards were applied on a regular scheduled renewal? This could happen in error, but your rewards should be applied to your available funds area. If not, report this to a CSA to have them applied.
OR, did you Change Your Plan to another plan (or renew early) prior to regular renewal, if you did this you would have forfeited any rewards due to renewing early. But rewards should be applied as normal on your next regular renewal.
