A relative recently visited, bringing an unlocked Huawei phone. I bought them a Public Mobile SIM card. While they are able to make and receive calls, the internet is not working. Although the phone displays a 4G signal, there is no internet access.

No issues with the home Wi-Fi or calling.

Can the Huawei phone connect to your home wifi or public wifi?
Also, it needs VoLTE (voice over LTE) for calling. So enter the IMEI to see if it is compatible with PM on the bottom of the link.
