Because if you want low priced mobile service you cannot have live human on support. It will cost company at least $50K/year+benefits to have dedicated staff answering same/similar questions all the time.

But you have dedicated and knowledgeable customers here willing to dedicate their time answering same/similar questions day after day. I will take that any day over paid staff...

Customer Support Agents can help.  There are 2 ways to reach them:

  1. Create a support ticket by clicking  here , then type Support Ticket, then select Contact Us, then select the topic that more closely matches your requestThen click  Click here to submit a ticket , or,

  1. Send a private message to them by clicking here

You’ll see their reply in your Community private mailbox in the envelope to the left of your avatar.

@BKNS27 : There are two possibilities here. They tried the password reset and didn't get that email <-. Or they're trying to contact the CSA's where indeed it would be in pm (other than the default notification via email)

HI @Kuldip

Were you using Forgot Password link to reset password?  If so, you are supposed to get the email to reset password

If you checked Junk mail and not there, open a ticket with Chatbot ,   click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. type: Forgot log in information
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

You won’t get an email…it is only through private message from the CS_Agent.

edited by/note from computergeek541: There is supposed to be a password reset e-mail message sent by Public Mobile when the Self Serve website forgot password procedure is used.

I already suggested this in your other thread that opened a couple hours ago, but I'll say it again: You can always private message PM agents directly @CS_Agent
