My phone says I am out of data but there is plenty on the account page. How do I fix this?

@iantemple - That is good you checked your account page. Step 1 = you have data left!
Public Mobile cannot change the settings on your device. You will need to do that.
if you want your phone to match your Public Mobile cycle start date you may need to change that each renewal.
Turn off(or adjust) your device's data limits, and install an app to track your ‘live’ usage so you can keep track.
Public Mobile are 30 day plans (not monthly).

Do not pay attention what your phone is telling you. Unless you receive SMS from PM you should have your data.
Can you actually use Internet?

If it says you have lots of data on your PB account page, it could be the data cycle duration of your phone. Sometimes in the settings of the phone, there is a data period, if you max out the data in a specified period it will indicate you have zero left. You may have to go into settings an change the data limit feature to avoid the phone notification.

You can try restarting your device.
You should also check if your phone set a limit to your data usage, if so, you should be able to change it.
