No confirmation email

Hi! 

 

I ordered a sim card online, but I did not get a confirmation e-mail. Now I don't know if it's right or not. They did charge my credit card already..

@Tamaravg, check your spam folder to see if the confirmation email went there.  If not, I suggest sending a private message to the moderator team to see if they can confirm that order went through.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link link.  Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.
